The Challenge

Premium dental treatments — Invisalign, implants, full-mouth rehabilitation — carry high price points and long decision cycles. A patient considering ₦2M+ in dental work does not book on the first visit. They research, compare, read reviews, and hesitate. Without a system to stay present through that journey, most leads were lost to competitors who followed up better.

Our Approach

We built a full-stack patient acquisition system, not just a website. The frontend is designed to educate and inspire — treatment pages that explain procedures in detail, a before/after gallery that makes the outcome tangible, and video testimonials from real patients. Behind the scenes, every enquiry flows into an Airtable CRM with automated nurturing sequences that follow up at the right moments without requiring staff effort.

Generic contact forms lose leads. We built contextual appointment booking directly within each treatment page — so a visitor reading about Invisalign can book a consultation for Invisalign specifically, with that context pre-filled. The relevance of the booking request increases show rates and makes the first consultation more productive for both patient and dentist.

Before/After Gallery — The Outcome Before the Process

Most patients are not motivated by the clinical details of how veneers are applied — they are motivated by what their smile could look like. We built a visual transformation gallery that front-loads the emotional outcome. Patients see themselves in those results first, then research the process. This sequencing increases treatment enquiry rates measurably.

Airtable CRM + Automated Lead Nurturing

A patient who enquires about implants today may not be ready for three months — but they will be ready eventually. We built an Airtable-powered CRM that captures every lead and triggers automated follow-up sequences: a check-in at two weeks, an educational email at six weeks, a special offer at twelve weeks. The clinic stays top of mind without any manual effort from the front desk team.

HMO Coverage Section — Friction Removal for Insured Patients

A significant portion of Lagos's employed population has dental HMO coverage they are not using because they do not know which clinics are covered or how to use the benefit. We built a dedicated HMO information section that makes coverage accessible — because a patient who understands their HMO covers part of their treatment removes a major payment objection before they even call.

Video Testimonials — Social Proof That Converts Premium

Text reviews are easy to fake and easy to ignore. Video testimonials from real patients speaking about their transformation experience cannot be fabricated — and they carry exponentially more persuasive weight for high-ticket treatments. We designed the testimonial section to be the emotional centrepiece of the patient acquisition journey.
