The Challenge

Sales teams waste significant time on conversations with leads who were never going to buy — while high-intent prospects are left waiting for a callback that comes too late. Without automated qualification, sales capacity is allocated by accident rather than by intent signals.

Our Approach

We built a conversational AI qualification bot that runs on WhatsApp, asking the right questions in natural language to determine budget, timeline, and intent before any human salesperson enters the conversation. High-intent leads are routed immediately with full context; low-intent leads enter a nurturing sequence. Every conversation is logged to the CRM automatically.

Conversational Qualification — Natural Language That Converts

A qualification form with 8 fields gets abandoned. A WhatsApp conversation that naturally asks 'What are you looking to solve?' and 'What timeline are you working to?' feels human — because it is, in the sense that the AI understands and responds to natural language. Qualification rates are dramatically higher when the experience feels like a conversation rather than a form.

A sales rep who receives a routed lead from our bot gets a full context summary: the lead's budget range, timeline, specific need, and qualification score.
